We offer 2 ways to find your perfect fit!
A Complete Sizing Kit measuring kit is the best way to fit each tip. Just pick your tip style and we'll ship it out the next business day.
Don't want to waif to the kit? No problem! Just like most things press on tips are not one size fit all. To figure out your nails size you can use a tape measure or ruler to determine your size using the sizing chart below.
Make sure you use the milometer side and not the inches side. If you're between lines round UP to the next line. If your nail beds are on the flatter side add 1 MM to your measurement.
If your measurements don't fit the preset sizes shown DON"T WORRY! Simply select "custom" and add your measurements in the note section at checkout.

Are the tips reusable?
YES! The tips are reusable! When glue or adhesive tabs are used to adhere the nail a oil & soap soak off will aid in gently removing the tips from your nail bed without damage to the tip or your nail.

How long after ordering will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order received. Processing and Shippingare two separate things. Orders are completed within 3-5 business days from the order date. Orders of 5 or more sets can take up to 7 business days.Please note, business days do not include holidays or weekends. How Long Will My Order Take?

This is the time need to complete each custom set and prepare an order for shipping.
Each and every order is appreciated! Orders are processed and created in the order received. All custom made sets are painted by hand, not pre made. Custom sets are NOT "Ready to Ship" sets. Depending on the complexity and detail of the design chosen one set can take hours to complete.
Processing and shipping are TWO SEPARATE THINGS. Orders are usually completed within 3-5 business days from the order date. Orders of 5 or more sets can take up to 7-10 business days. Please note, business days DO NOT include holidays and weekends.
Once completed all orders are then shipped via the shipping method selected at the time of purchase.

Items listed in the SELF CARE Collection are available to ship the next day. If the items are part of a larger order that includes a custom made set they will ship with your set(s).

Monthly boxes will ship within 2 business days from the order date.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?
All orders are shipped USPS with tracking information included. Delivery is typically 2-5 days from the date of shipping when USPS First class is selected. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.
We have a 14 -day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be shown to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Due to COVID-19 and health and safety issues worn tips cannot be returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
